Accommodation Policies
PAYMENT POLICIES
Full payment is due at the time the reservation is made. We accept major credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). All rates are subject to Taxes and administrative fees. Taxes and Fees are subject to change without notice.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We allow cancellations up to 72 hours prior to your arrival date. If you must cancel your reservation within 72 hours, you will be charged the amount of one nights stay.
No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.
Desert Reef Hot Spring reserves the right to cancel or amend any reservation without notification should the deposit or payment dates not be met.
Cancellation anytime releases rights to the accommodation.
CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT TIMES
Check-in is 4:00pm on the day of arrival. If you would like to request an early check-in, please contact the Front Office. Early check-ins cost $20 per hour between the hours of 12:00pm - 2:00pm. All early check-ins must be approved by Management and are based on availability.
Check-out time is 11:00am on the date of departure. Due to the preparation for the next Guests arrival, late check-outs are subject to an additional fee. All late check-outs must be approved by Management. If approved, late check-outs will cost $20 per hour.
If you wish to extend your stay, please contact the office 24 hours in advance. Based on availability, we may or may not be able to extend your stay or keep you in the same site or rented accommodation.
ARRIVAL TO PROPERTY
Please visit the Front Office to check-in for your reservation. To expedite your check-in, please acknowledge and sign our policies online. Office hours are based on main pool hours of operations. If you require a check-in after 10:00pm, please contact us ahead of time to make alternate arrangements for your check-in as the property gates are locked.
Cars are not allowed to drive up to the Tiny Homes or Airstreams in order to protect the natural habitat and eliminate noise distractions to the tranquil environment. This means that our accommodations are hike-in. Please check the weather forecast to be prepared for this short hike. If you are going to need assistance, please let our staff know in advance. Our staff will be available to help with luggage for all guests.
FEES
All rented accommodations will be charged a one-time, non refundable cleaning fee of $45 at the time of booking.
Should guests leave a property in unacceptable condition, an additional $100 will be charged to their account.
PETS
We love pets, but there are no pets allowed on property or in accommodations, with exception of ADA recognized service animals.
SMOKING
Absolutely No Smoking of any kind inside. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $500.
CHANGES BY Desert Reef Hot Spring
Desert Reef Hot Spring reserves the right to make accommodation/site and/or other changes to a guest reservation, which become necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Desert Reef Hot Spring will do everything possible to ensure the impact of any change is as minimal as possible.
PROPERTY FACILITIES & AMENITIES
Each accommodation/site has a stated maximum occupancy level. The maximums are set to ensure your comfort as well as not to overburden the property. Any additional occupants may be asked to leave the property.
Guest(s) shall keep the perimeter of their accommodation tidy and rubbish free.
Overnight guests have public pool access throughout normal business hours, and also on the day of check-in and check-out. Access to the pools are only allowed during posted times. No after hours use is allowed.
The main pool area does have clothing optional hours, check with staff and website for further details.
For stays of 4 nights or more in a rented accommodation, we will provide a complimentary refresh, which includes linen and towel change with the removal of trash.
Additional housekeeping services are available by request. We kindly ask that you provide us 24 hours notice or schedule at check-in. Housekeeping hours are from 10:00am - 3:00pm.

Special offers are subject to change at any time. Special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
MISCELLANEOUS POLICIES
Must be 21 or over to reserve and check-in.
All hours of operation are Quiet Hours. Guests resulting in noise complaints will be charged an additional $75 fee. If recurring, guests may be asked to leave.
Desert Reef Hot Spring will charge the credit card on file should any damage occur to the property during the rental period. Damage to furniture, linens and other property will be assessed and then billed to the customer at our replacement cost, which may include labor costs. We will always be transparent in our communication about damage to the rooms. Keep in mind that excessively soiled linens, carpets and furniture will be included as damages.
Tent and car camping is prohibited.
DISCLAIMER
Management reserves the right to evict or refuse entry to any person who has evidenced a disregard for the rules without a refund.
The Renter agrees that Desert Reef Hot Spring shall not be liable to Renter, Renter’s guests, invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the rental premises. Renter shall hold Desert Reef Hot Spring harmless and indemnified from and against all loss or damage occasioned by use, misuses or abuse of any part of or fixture on the premises, surrounding areas and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of the Renter, his/her guests or invitees. The Renter acknowledges that Desert Reef Hot Spring, assumes no liability thereunder.
